Recently I met a journalist from a UK magazine. She was here to do an article on restaurants that used locally produced ingredients. She wasn't having much luck. I had to think long and hard but nothing sprang to mind. But it got me thinking.
Could Jersey be a totally organic Island?
Just think of the boom in tourism we would get. Hundreds of restaurants using only locally grown organic products. Lots of spin off industries. Organic textiles (bamboo) for example.
Is there anywhere else in the world that does this?
