I think it's actually quite an insult to the people of this island. And I think Walker really needs to look at why people are whinging...because these days it's not purely as a result of being historical habit.
To write off public unrest as being Jersey people whinging because that's what Jersey people do, well, that's not only complete ignorance, it could be argued that it shows neglect of duty. Look at the context in which he made the comment. It wasn't during a casual round of golf, or a light lunch of tea and scones on a yacht.

On the day when Stuart's vote of no confidence was predictably defeated, he was seen drinking champagne in the Boat House. Funnily enough, people started leaving.
You have to be pretty thick skinned to be a politician. Frank must be made out of cow hide.

Narcissism comes to mind. Google Narcissitic personality disorder,plenty of articles on it,and see if anyone you know fits the criteria.
