Watched an interesting programme earlier BBC2 presented by Janet Street-Porter about the difficulties Newspapers are finding themselves in.
They acknowledge the loss of revenue as a result of more and more people getting their news sources from the web,and are attempting to adapt to this change in many ways.Worth a watch if it is showed again or on media player (part of a series.)
On that note,would like to draw your attention to a couple of local blogs who are doing their bit to produce and report alternative news ,that the mainstream Jersey media are afraid of tackling.
Have managed to get some excellent interviews with Jersey politicians.
