The JEC have announced today that they will be raising the price of electricity next year by 24%. Ouch.
The reasons for these huge increases is blamed on increases in production costs and the Euro/£ exchange rate.
That news may well steer voters towards the green candidates who would like to see us harness the power of our immense tides to provide the Island with clean energy.
