Now Senator Syvret has written on his site that Sarah Ferguson is one of the politicians who Lenny Harper said obstructed justice she should resign. Colin Egre as well.

Her plans to tackle states spending by at least £30m is a joke. It should be at least 4 times that. Never mind Thatcher, she reminds me of Pat Butcher.

After the Syvret revelations, my opinion is that she should have the dignity to stand down from politics. Simple as that.

I would be good boy Oh no, you wouldn't ! And we wouldn't want you to be either ! ;D I never intended to give her my vote. My "no vote" got stronger after reading Stuart Syvret's blogs - which only confirmed what I had already heard before - from various other sources. And now that I have heard her at a few of the hustings and read her posts on Planet Jersey ... if she does get elected, it certainly won't be because of my vote. Don't like her, don't trust her, don't want her!

Ever had the feeling when you look at someone that there's actually some other creature inside, wearing the external body as a disguise? Like a Doctor Who 'slitheen'?

Ever had the feeling when you look at someone that there's actually some other creature inside, wearing the external body as a disguise? Like a Doctor Who 'slitheen'? Ye Gods, Crappogre! Your observation is spot on! I have not just had the 'feeling', but have studied this characteristic of human propensity to adopt what is observed to be popular and mould it into a persona that is deemed acceptable to society. There is much I could say on this character type including the acutely observed feeling, or delusion, of 'being made of glass'. Do you have any further observations on this trait?

There's unlikely to be anything behind it.

After the elections She could always get a job as a sales rep for a double glazing firm.! Although those sort of things will soon be regarded as luxuries for most Islanders, she could branch into the conservatory market, for those that will not feel the pinch as much as the rest of us. Also she did mention at one husting that solar power is the way to go,could also branch out in that direction .Solar glazed conservatories, would certainly capture the hearts and minds of those who are concerned about green issues.

She didn't come over well on the radio today, from what little of it I could face listening to. She started off getting pedantic about chairperson v chairman, and the only other thing I remember was she spoke about the incinerator and refered to some "little man" in a very condescending way!

In my opinion all she did was make Ozouf look marginally better than if she hadn't been there, and as much use as a chocolate fire guard. How on earth she ever got re-elected let alone uprated to a Senator is beyond me. Nevermind when things go through the floor maybe the electorate will see sense and elect people friendly politicians that don't bend over backwards to appease the rich and big business? Funny, even hillarious in a tragic way I think.

Nevermind she has another six years on a good income. No way would she get this in the real world. As far as I an concerned she might have got a job at Woolies however they have now closed down.

To be honest i dont know much about senator Ferguson after 9 hustings i was still in the dark. She got the safe vote as simple as that. But all is not lost for her we have a big year ahead and who knows the esplande quater might just end up a politicians graveyard or should i say will

I find her intimidating and would not wish to cross her, unless I had a cross, silver bullet, etc

She comes across as a waffler as far as I am concerned and I am surprised the electorate fell for it. It is £250,000 down the drain in my opinion. Yes she is very scarey up close but she was good entertainment value at the hustings along with the big O and his assistant.
